Houston Price Drop Homes is operated by Financial Suit / NEXA Lending LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on this site, why, and what we do with it. It is short on purpose.
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the type of help you asked for (alerts, real-estate help, mortgage help, or a combination), and your answers to the intent questions (purchase type, cash or financing, whether you have an agent, and your timeline). We also record the date and time of your consent and basic referral data (such as which link or campaign brought you here).
We use your information only to do what you asked: send you Houston price-drop alerts, contact you about real-estate help or mortgage help depending on what you selected, and follow up on your request. If you ask for real-estate help, we may share your contact details with a trusted licensed local agent so they can reach out to you, and only for that purpose.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to lists you did not ask for.
You choose which help you want: alerts only, real-estate help, mortgage help, or a combination, and we only act on what you pick. Consent to be contacted is required to submit the form, and consent is never a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message from us with "stop" or "unsubscribe," or by contacting us at the address below. Alert emails include an unsubscribe link.
Your submission is stored in a secured Google Sheet accessible only to our team. We keep lead records while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to your information to the people handling your request.
This site links to a property search operated by a third party (IDX). That service has its own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover what you do on their site.
